PREP Institute is Hinotori's workforce training platform — the education arm that builds the skilled workforce Hinotori's employer network needs. While Hinotori works with businesses on compliance and systems, PREP Institute works with individuals to credential them for those same workplaces.
This creates a closed loop: Hinotori identifies what employers need, PREP Institute trains people to fill those roles, and the RISE Nexus connects graduates to opportunities within the network. Every PREP Institute program is designed with Hinotori's employer relationships in mind, ensuring that training maps directly to real hiring demand.
